Do you have a morning ritual? A morning ritual is a certain activity or action you do just when you wake up. To be simple, breakfast is a morning ritual to nourish your body with healthy nutrients.

I have some ideas to start with or include in your morning ritual.

1. Drink warm water with the juice of one lemon. It detoxes your bod and help keep your skin nice and clear. I’ve also read that it balances pH in the body, aids digestion, boosts the immune system… pretty great!

2. Don’t look at the phone when you wake up. Instagram, Facebook, e-mails, WhatsApp… it can wait 10 minutes.

3. Wether you are still in bed or not.  Laying down or seated take your hands to your heart and feel it. Isn’t beautiful how our heart works? It will make you become conscious of how precious and magical life is.

4. If you can have a morning yoga or meditation practica wonderful. It doesn’t have to be long. Just 5-15 minutes can be enough to make a big difference

5. Have something that you love for breakfast: a healthy juice, some chocolate, ice cream (only if nice cream haha).
