There are days that I don’t feel too much like moving (yes, it happens to all of us). However, I can mostly get myself motivated enough to put on a video with exercises and that you just have to follow.

So… I’m sharing with you here 4 workout videos by Alexis Ren that I do frequently when I don’t want to think of what workout to do.  It consists in 10 minutes of legs and glutes, 10 minutes abs, 6 minutes of inner legs, and 6 last minutes of abs. And… I wont keep you here any longer, check below!
